Re- Examine Yourself

In a complex world discovering your focus requires a plan. The IPsP Assessment measures 8 Core Competencies and creates a profile as the first step in the process of discovery. This profile can be used as a tool for self-development, as part of a group study and for analyzing the dynamics of a team’s strengths and weaknesses.

For The Team

How balanced is our team in terms of core competencies?
Do we have a power combination?
What sort of people is our company made of?
Are we maximizing our potential?

For The Individual

Where am I headed?
How do I increase my probability of success?
Which skills do I need to develop?
Why have I been successful in the past?

The Integrated Psychological Profile (IPsP)

IPsP measure aptitude, application and motivation in each of the eight competencies.

1. Leadership
2. Receptivity
3. Communication
4. Organization
5. Discrimination
6. Adaptability
7. Creativity
8. Exploration

The Integral Psychological Profile (IPsP) was developed by Roy Horan. It is based on a modern scientific application of the I Ching, a non-linear mathematically derived ancient Chinese philosophical system comprising of 64 fundamental archetypes said to represent all psychological and material phenomena. People of all walks and stages of life have used it to better understand their strengths and weaknesses.

The IPsP does not follow the Western psychological notion of a fixed personality type. Instead your personality is perceived as a dynamic aspect of your psychology which may change sometimes drastically over time, education and experience.

The IPsP is different from other psychological profiles in that most psychological profiles are based on linear measurement systems in which test responses are allotted to predetermined categories. This traditional approach provides a measure of certainty regarding the categories employed but it is low in overall accuracy.

The IPsP is non linear and based on probability rather than predetermined values. Each response is rated against every other response and even though statistical analysis tends to be quite complex, and the result is a higher degree of accuracy.

“Knowing oneself deeply is perhaps the greatest gift;
it creates a settled self and engaged life.”

The Process

How do I begin?

Contact a certified IPsP educator and have a link to the IPsP assessment delivered to your inbox. The assessment can be completed in about 30 minutes in the privacy of your home or office.

What happens after I take the assessment?

A profile report will be emailed directly to you, which you will share with your IPsP educator. Your certified IPsP educator will generate a secondary report based on your profile data. Then you will sit down for a personalized 90-minute review of your results either one-on-one or via Skype.

What happens after I review my results?

After your 90-minute meeting to review your results you have some options.

Option 1. You may decide to work independently in developing and enhancing competencies and guide your own path to personal and professional development.

Option 2. You may decide to work collaboratively with a coach to map out a plan to enhance and develop competencies and create a step-by-step approach to achieving personal and professional goals and development.
