The Integral Psychological Profile (IPsP) was developed by Roy Horan. It is based on a modern scientific application of the I Ching, a non-linear mathematically derived ancient Chinese philosophical system comprising of 64 fundamental archetypes said to represent all psychological and material phenomena. People of all walks and stages of life have used it to better understand their strengths and weaknesses.
The IPsP does not follow the Western psychological notion of a fixed personality type. Instead your personality is perceived as a dynamic aspect of your psychology which may change sometimes drastically over time, education and experience.
The IPsP is different from other psychological profiles in that most psychological profiles are based on linear measurement systems in which test responses are allotted to predetermined categories. This traditional approach provides a measure of certainty regarding the categories employed but it is low in overall accuracy.
The IPsP is non linear and based on probability rather than predetermined values. Each response is rated against every other response and even though statistical analysis tends to be quite complex, and the result is a higher degree of accuracy.
Contact a certified IPsP educator and have a link to the IPsP assessment delivered to your inbox. The assessment can be completed in about 30 minutes in the privacy of your home or office.
A profile report will be emailed directly to you, which you will share with your IPsP educator. Your certified IPsP educator will generate a secondary report based on your profile data. Then you will sit down for a personalized 90-minute review of your results either one-on-one or via Skype.
After your 90-minute meeting to review your results you have some options.
Option 1. You may decide to work independently in developing and enhancing competencies and guide your own path to personal and professional development.
Option 2. You may decide to work collaboratively with a coach to map out a plan to enhance and develop competencies and create a step-by-step approach to achieving personal and professional goals and development.

Shannon was extremely professional and sensitive with her approach to our review and analysis together. By setting the expectations about how the IPsP is conducted and how the results are interpreted, Shannon calmed my initial stereotype about personality testing and allowed me to relax and be open to the conversation. All in all, I am so glad I met Shannon and that she was the one to review my IPsP . Of course I had a lot of questions and clarification requests, but she was patient and open with me, taking the time to ensure I felt completely comfortable and satisfied with the interpretation of the data.
IPsP was a very eye opening experience! Shannon helped me understand that my "weaker" areas were actually just areas that needed more attention rather than qualities I would never possess. In regard to my relationships, both personal and professional, it helped develop my empathy and understanding of how to compliment different personality traits. IPsP gave me the confidence to develop a brand that I had been constructing because it revealed my own strengths within the project. IPsP helps guide your energy in the best way possible! A huge thanks to Shannon who was so helpful in explaining the results and guiding me.
Meeting [Shannon] and working with E3 had a profound impact on my getting my dream on track. The IPsP tool helped me get a better understanding of myself and how I needed to proceed in order to be successful. I would highly recommend IPsP for not just business but for one's life journey in general.
